Comfortable and casual attire. We work with the horses undercover though please dress to the conditions as we work outside for most of the day. You will need closed-in shoes with a flat or small raised heel, such as a boot. While our horses are used to interacting with people and enjoy the encounters, they are large 600kg animals and so appropriate footwear is important.

Morning tea and lunch will be provided. Should you have any special dietary needs, we should know about please ensure that is communicated prior to the day so that we can accommodate this if able. You may wish to bring a water bottle on warm days, which can be kept with you during the sessions outdoors. Coffee and tea will be provided during breaks. In winter months we will provide warm knee blankets to use while sitting outside for extra comfort.

We can tailor our sessions to your budget. It depends on what outcomes you are trying to achieve, how many facilitators and horses we need to work with and if you would like a full or half day session. We love what we do and are keen for people to experience it so we will try our best to design something that can fit within your Learning and Development budget.

We design our sessions after discussion with the commissioning manager, the client or the team. For team building we deliver insights into the current dynamics, tangible ideas to implement for improved communication and trust, and individual reflections to contribute to the team. For leadership development these insights are tailored to the individual leader and work to build confidence, intuition and the ability to lead through trust and support rather than only direction.
