To work with horses, even on the ground, you need to be present and focused. Equine-assisted learning is unique as it requires a level of presence and self-reflection.
Working with horses, hierarchies are shifted, and the normal context within which you live and work is disrupted. Horses are incredibly recognised for their therapeutic effects, and equine-assisted learning and therapy is a growing field that has shown a positive impact on people.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Horses naturally work as a team where each horse matters. Within a herd, cooperation and harmony are preferable to conflict and confrontation. The horses always look for leadership and effective teamwork, they are intuitive and present by design. They will give your team clear feedback about what is working and what is not.
Working with teams and individuals, the horses offer undeniable reflections of who we are, providing individuals and teams the opportunity to engage on a social and emotional level.
To work with horses we need to build trust, be able to communicate (verbally and non verbally), be present, aware and adaptable. These are the characteristics that make a high performing team. Working with our horses your team will come together and adapt to new challenges, the approaches of the individual and the team are evident from the first exercise.
This is then expertly facilitated by one of our experienced leaders to enable your team to reflect, refine and build towards a high performing team dynamic.
