EQUINE RELATED INFORMATION
Equine-assisted activities can be highly active, and participation in such warrants caution. The inability of participants to follow or use directions or information given by staff and facilitators to participants in our programs may result in serious injury and/or death.
Empowering Equines nor its agents or other contributors assume any liability for loss, damage direct or consequential to participants or others from the participation in this program.
ENROLMENTS, DEFERRAL AND CANCELLATION
Registration to any of the learning programs is limited to teams of up to ten (10) participants per session. Requests for programs where teams exceed this number can be discussed with Empowering Equines, and all attempts will be made to facilitate this where able.
Empowering Equines will provide a tax invoice to the participant/organisation upon finalisation of registration and completion of payment.
Payment is required 10 business days prior to the commencement of the course, in full, with participant details and enrolment questionnaires completed and returned for each participant.
All cancellations must be a minimum of 5 business days or more before a course delivery date. No refund will be provided for cancellations less than 5 business days from a course delivery date, except in the case of exceptional circumstances as determined by Empowering Equine in its absolute discretion.
If the course is cancelled by Empowering Equines for any reason or catastrophic event such as bushfire, flooding or any such factor outside the control of Empowering Equines, then the course will be transferred to an alternative date mutual to both parties within 12 months of the original date.
Where there is no such availability to reschedule a cancelled event then the fees paid will be returned in full to the participant.
